I volunteer at Peaceable Kingdom, photographing their adoptable cats for the shelter to use on their website, social media, and mailers. I also help socialize the cats and assist with adoptions.
Having a web and social presence is incredibly important. In today’s society this is how people find information. By improving the quality of the photography it doesn’t just affect the number of adoptions. It increases community awareness, leads to volunteers, and encourages donations. The adoptions it does help also includes animals considered less adoptable by allowing them to be seen.
